Global employment survey finds a cautious recovery and with improving markets around the world with a clear shift to developing markets and BRIC nations.
In this latest edition of the Antal Global Snapshot hiring at the professional and managerial level
around the world has risen once again, with 57% of organisations in the
process of hiring in comparison to 54% in Summer 2010. At the same time
the proportion of employers shedding staff has remained fairly stable,
only rising one percentage point since June.
